Clearance and special purchase bedding does not qualify for most Free Shipping offers due to the size, weight and deep discounts offered.

Free shipping offer by dollar amount of purchase - Will be automatically applied at checkout as long as your purchase qualifies.  To qualify all items that meet the dollar amount can not include items that currently have a free shipping offer associated with it.  Example; if you purchase a rug for $239 (which has free shipping) and drapes for $89.50, the drapes will not ship free if they do not meet the min. free ship offers dollar amount.  

Free shipping on bedding - Purchase the min. amount required from one manufacturer and your order will ship free within the continental US.  AK and HI will receive a credit towards your shipping for the amount shipping would be within the continental US.  


Free shipping on tapestry collection -  Whether your purchase is for one item over $80 or for several items that total $80 your order will ship free within the continental US. Outside the continental US your will receive a credit towards your shipping for the amount shipping would be within the US.  All tapestries can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii however you must email for a quote.  

Free shipping offers with coupon code, $ Off coupon or % Off coupon -  You must place the coupon code in the box during checkout to receive the discount.  Don't worry if you forget.  Call our friendly customer service staff, tell them you forgot the code and we will credit you back the difference. 

Free Shipping on Items Returned:  Original shipping and any manufacturer's handling charges will be deducted from your refund for any item returned or exchanged that shipped to you free.  Shipping is a 3rd party fee that we incur on your behalf.    

To Remain PCI Compliant Delectably Yours Decor and any subsidiary stores require all payments to be processed during checkout. Due to Visa / MasterCard PCI compliance regulations we nor most websites can no longer wait until shipment to process the payment for your order. All payments are processed during checkout. It takes 3-4 business days for the funds to be transferred from your bank to ours. We realize how much the new policy of requiring payment during checkout concerns many of our customers that were used to the old procedure. These guidelines were imposed for your security in case of a breach of your personal information. On our end only the last 4 digits of your card are viewable for one day. Most all websites and Google checkout can only retain credit card information for 3 days. After this personal information must be purged or we risk loose our credit card processor and our 10K guarantee certificate. Only larger volume stores such as QVC, Macy's, Target etc that have their own credit store credit cards and additional off-line servers with high security in place to insure security of your information have the ability to charge upon shipment. Many of these store are now moving towards capturing the payment at the time of purchase due to issues that happened with TJ Maxx and others having personal information compromised and sold.   • Refusal of Package You will be billed for the shipping to and from your location along with any 3rd party vendor charges we may incur. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee no less than 15% up to 30% depending on the item at our discretion.

  • Non-receipt after shipment - You must contact us within 3 days of non-receipt of the anticipated delivery date as noted by your shipper of your purchase to notify us that your package was not delivered.  After this time frame we reserve the right to refer you to the shipper for any claims.  
  • We are not responsible for 3rd party shipping mistakes. We will assist you with your claim providing you have followed the instructions as outlined above.
